WikiWikiNotebook
WikiWikiNotebook is a simple wiki that is very easy to get up and running. We wrote it because we needed a simple knowledge base that was available to the whole company. We’re posting the source code here because we think that it’s a genuinely useful application.
Detailed instructions will come at some point in the very near future along with an installer for Windows, but for now here’s the Subversion path to fetch the source code. You can check-out anonymously.

The final license for WikiWikiNotebook is yet to be decided, but you can consider this release to be covered by the GPL if you do want to re-use it.
Support
If you have ideas or spot any bugs, please let us know! This project is under active development, but there are not likely to be many regular changes because it does nearly everything we need right now and is very stable.
Future
Next on the list of things to do:
- add default start page with useful information
- add user identification, similar to trac, just so that we can see who made what changes
- version history
- page locking?
- support for themes
- better support for IE (the round corners can cause some margins to get lost)
- search
- ability to show links to current page
- attachments/uploads
- media support
- paste from Word/Excel
- Canvas-tag based whiteboard feature
- minute-taking mode (records time / initials against each paragraph?)
Not all of those features will necessarily make it in, but they’re what we want to add.
We’re also planning on adding a second application, WikiWikiTaskList. The idea is for a very basic task list that is flexible enough to be useful.
